Return and Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to Root Quencher. We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return items ordered through www.RootQuencher.com  for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.* We simply ask that your products be unused, in the original condition in which you received them, and that you return them in the original packaging.

*Root Quencher is not able to issue refunds on products purchased from authorized dealers. Please contact them directly for more information on their return policy.

To start your Root Quencher return and receive a pre-paid return label, email us at info@rootquencher.com. We will respond to your request within two business days.

Once your return has been approved, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Warranties

Root Quencher offers a 1-year warranty against breakage on all Root Quencher products when used as intended. Should your Root Quencher product break within this warranty period, please contact us immediately at info@rootquencher.com. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge.
